Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel the tour service due to any unavoidable/inevitable reasons, you must inform us in advance via email or phone. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date you inform. You will get the refund only in the account number from which you made the booking. Cancellation charges are as follows:

If you cancel your booking less than 10 days before the booking date, 100% of your advance will be deducted as a charge.
If you cancel your booking 10 to 20 days prior to the booking date, 75% of your advance will be deducted as a charge.
If you cancel your booking 20 to 30 days prior to the booking date, 50% of your advance will be deducted as a charge.
If you cancel your booking 45 days before the booking date, 100% of your advance will be fully refunded.
