How to Cancel Your Booking
If due to any unavoidable situation or personal reason you need to cancel your tour package after making a booking, please inform our company by email or phone. The cancellation process will be effective from the date we receive your cancellation request via email or phone, and the cancellation charges will be applied accordingly.
Cancellation Charges & Refund Policy
- If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more before the travel date, 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
- If the booking is cancelled within 15 days of the travel date, 30% of the advance amount will be refunded.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the travel date, no refund of the advance amount will be provided.
Refund Processing Time
According to our refund policy, the eligible refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be transferred online to the same account from which the original payment was made.
